Celebrating Defeat – The Spine of a Whale – ✍️ Yasser Muhammad Mahmoud Al-Bishr

*On the occasion of the 125th anniversary of the Battle of Karari*

*On Friday, November 24, 1899, the banner of the revolution led by Muhammad Ahmad al-Fahal fell, falsely called the Mahdist Revolution, and Caliph Abdullah was killed, along with a thousand of his soldiers who were captured. and with the death of Caliph Abdullah, the banner of the Wad al-Fahal revolution fell, and nothing remains of it except history, the descendants of the (Mahdi) and the descendants of Caliph Abdullah, and no one denies this revolution. began with victories over the Turks in Sheikhan and the Battle of Khartoum, and Gordon Pasha was killed, but in the end he fell, and the end of this revolution began from the Battle of Karari, which took place on September 2 of the same year, and ended with Umm Debikrat, turning her page forever, and everyone knew that the leader of the revolution is not the Expected Mahdi as he was promoted at the time. The Expected Mahdi is the one who will appear at the end of time and kill the Antichrist, and from there it is clear that Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Fahl is a religious reformer and revolutionary, just like Omar Al-Mukhtar in Libya and Orabi in Egypt*.

*In Umm Debikrat, Caliph Abdullah was killed, the flag of the revolution fell forever, and Sudan fell under Turkish-Egyptian rule. This means that Umm Debikrat was a terrible defeat for this revolution and not a victory in any way. Despite this, some Sudanese celebrate this defeat every year until the 125th anniversary of the Umm Debikrat massacre. This massacre has been glorified in modern Sudanese history to remind the Sudanese people of the victory of the Turkish-Egyptian army over the Mahdiya in retaliation for the murder of Gordon. In this way, the colonizer led the Sudanese people to commemorate and celebrate the anniversary of the Karari and Umm Debikrat massacre as a victory. In fact, the winner of this battle is the Anglo-Turkish army. Is it reasonable for a group to celebrate and commemorate the anniversary of the annihilation of thousands of soldiers in a single battle and the assassination of the second leader of the Mahdist revolution and the first caliph, Lud al-Fahal*?

*In summary, the political, social and economic history of Sudan is based on assumptions based on lies and is written with ink far removed from the true treatment of events and facts. The historian was not exposed to the betrayal of Caliph Abdullah. exposed to some Sudanese before and during the Battle of Karari, who were motivated after the defeat of Caliph Abdullah. They then became the stars of the society, called Lebanon, and their descendants, to this day, are appreciated and respected as heroes. In fact, they are only traitors (sleeper cells) who attacked Abdullah Al-Taayshi and implemented the program of the Anglo-Egyptian army. They were motivated to betray Caliph Abdullah, and history did not mention them after the fall of Omdurman. After the Battle of Karari, the remains of Muhammad Ahmad Al-Fahal were thrown into the Nile after the demolition of the Dome, and the skull of Wad Al-Fahal was transferred to British museums, and the Dome became without a custodian*.

*Since the page of history is one, it must be read impartially and impartially. There are those who joined the Turkish-Egyptian army, officers and soldiers, in the campaign of Lord Kitcher, and obtained Sudanese citizenship. They formed a political party in. in order to erase the effects of the Mahdist revolution, and their descendants still enjoy the character of patriotism, and they are nothing but mere invaders and occupiers, and against the people. The Sudanese should reread history correctly, knowing that most of the modern political history of Sudan is empty of facts and truths, and it is a history that was created to meet and satisfy the desires of the authors of history. Even the history of Sudan in the post-independence period contains many errors and obscurations of irrefutable facts*.

Half a fork

*Sudan is the only country on the face of the earth whose population is not precisely known. It is the only country whose true area is not known and its geographical borders with neighboring countries are not precisely known. Identities are blurred and whose belonging is dispersed. Is it an African country or an Arab country at the time in which the Sudanese prove that they are a people (Bruce) and an additional burden on the globe*?

A quarter of a fork

*If the process of narrating the true history of Sudan had been completed, the naked truth would have emerged and (the covered chasm and the Shatta chasm) would have been revealed*.
