Chairman of the National Alert Committee in Sudan: We do not underestimate the enemy and do not give him more than his size
The head of the National Committee for Mobilization and Popular Resistance, General Bashir Makki Al-Bahi, said that they do not underestimate the enemy and do not give him more than he deserves.
During his first visit after his appointment to the states he started in the Nile State and the locality of Shendi, Major General Bashir Makki Al-Bahi added that the situation is reassuring and the armed forces have many factors of superiority and will eliminate the enemy soon.
He stressed that the National Committee for Popular Mobilization and Resistance works directly under the supervision of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan.
He said that its federal or national organizational structure is the same as the structure that goes down to the state and local levels throughout Sudan.
Major General Bashir Makki Al-Bahi praised the great efforts exerted by the Nile State in the mobilization and popular resistance operations, and said that he was reassured about the situation in the state through his meeting with the governor of the state and the head of the security committee, Muhammad Al-Badawi Abdel Majid, and the commander of the artillery force in Atbara, Major General Muhammad Al-Amin.
