Chamber of importers: The closure of water ports will not strangle the economy of Sudan

The chief of the national chamber of importers, Al -Sadiq Jalal Al -Din Saleh, revealed that there are alternative mediator ports, a factor and an actor in the marine transit operation, working to reduce the effect of the closure of the Emirati ports in front of the foreign trade movement without having a significant impact on the cost.
Saleh has reduced the effects of the decision to close the Emirati ports in front of the Sudan foreign trade movement.

He explained that the process of foreign trade in the country was previously able to overcome and overcome a complete economic prohibition imposed by the United States of America in Sudan in light of sufficient financial restrictions through measures followed by exporters and importers, thanks to which water became the main trade partner with a commercial commercial volume of around 2.62 billion dollars 2024.
He stressed that it is impossible to strangle the Sudanese economy, which can transform any district to grant it.
Jalal accused his internal hands working to falsify the import operation, explaining that his impact is dangerous and more influential in the water decision.
He noted that the effects affect the movement and cost of goods.
