Citizen Behavior and Its Impact on the Spread of Public Chaos – On Low Fire – ✍️ Khaled Muhammad Al-Baqir
🟣 Recently, our country has witnessed a notable deterioration in the behavior of citizens towards the street and public facilities. The lack of order and chaos reflect a negative image of society, as the citizen plays a central role in maintaining this chaos.
🟣 Unfortunately, the behavior of citizens is sometimes characterized by selfishness and lack of awareness of their responsibilities. It is important to understand how this behavior affects our daily lives and the infrastructure of our society.
The chaos is caused by several factors, including overcrowding of the population and the high rate of migration to cities. This overcrowding contributes to putting additional pressure on public facilities such as hospitals and schools. In addition, things have increased significantly due to commercial greed and poor planning. We need to understand how these factors, together, affect the level of chaos we are experiencing.
🟣 The war has caused a deterioration in the public health situation, which has led to the exhaustion of hospitals, increased competition for medical services, the spread of diseases and the spread of flies and accumulations. With the influx of displaced and sick people, health facilities are no longer able to meet their needs. The citizen must therefore be aware of his responsibility in this context and seek to strengthen the system instead of disrupting it.
🟣 The use of public facilities is subject to shameful behaviors by some citizens, which cause hospitals and schools to become temporary places instead of fulfilling their true role. We must all respect these facilities that belong to everyone. The mistreatment it receives reflects bad morality and awareness of the public interest.
🟣 We see day after day how citizens behave irresponsibly on the streets and markets, such as throwing dirt, disrespecting traffic by leaving cars on the sidelines, closing the doors of public institutions and facilities, spreading the chaos of rickshaw drivers, spreading street vendors and blocking roads, which increases the suffering of passers-by. These actions not only lead to chaos but also pose a danger.
On the lives of citizens. Respecting the highway code and avoiding any reckless behavior should be everyone's top priority.
🟣 Law enforcement is the only way to reduce the chaos. Laws must be strictly enforced for all without exception. This enforcement and application of the law will help to increase awareness among citizens about the rights and duties of the nation in maintaining order and discipline.
🟣 When we all take responsibility for our actions, we can bring about positive change in our society.
🟣 Responsible authorities must enforce the law for everyone. Deal with negative phenomena decisively. Local authorities and police strictly enforce the law for everyone.
🟣 In conclusion, the citizen must realize his effective role in building a nation free from chaos. Through awareness and positive behavior, we can all contribute to improving our overall well-being. Our responsibility towards public facilities and streets is clear and we must adhere to it to build a better society.

If I live, it has no value
People are happy that I am here
Like the freshness of a good branch
Every day is green, come back
Zola still has value
