The platforms now broadcast numerous and varied statements and opinions regarding those who collaborate with rebel forces in the liberated areas. These statements and opinions revolve between two extremist demands:
An extremist claim considers that anyone who remained in these areas – which are under the authority of the rebellion – and did not leave when they could leave and remained there. This one is considered a collaborator and must be judged with the harshest provisions and the most severe punishments.. Another extremist claim sees the opposite.. and believes that they will be excused.. even if it is proven with certainty that the prosecution against them cooperated with the rebel forces, then they would have only done so under duress. , constraint and necessity.
These two extreme opinions are the ones that predominate in circulation and in statements.
But the people have their say!
Faced with the awareness and sensitivity of security and justice agencies – citizens are more aware and conscious!
Citizens of each region where the rebellion entered know those who were found guilty of collaboration, which of them cooperated with the rebellion, and the rebellion was still far from their region, where at that time there was neither constraint, no coercion, and no need for cooperation. He supported them and rejoiced in their victories and progress. He did this when the rebel forces had not yet reached his town and region. People know who these people are!!
People also know among those who cooperated, which of them cooperated under duress, need and coercion, and whose opinion and position on the rebellion and its actions – before it entered into their region – were the same as the opinion of any free and healthy person. patriot!
Yes, the forced and the coerced are excused, legally and religiously.. and the people are excused.. and they know who these people are.. and they also know who are those who cooperated before necessity and necessity and continued their cooperation. with premeditation and deliberation.. it is therefore requested that they be taken into account (by strict law).
