Commander Air Defense Forces visits Northern State for inspection visit to members of the Armed Forces, particularly the Air Defense Forces
The Acting Governor of the Northern State, Mr. Abdeen Awadallah, received in his office this morning the Commander of the Air Defense Forces, Lieutenant General Abdul Khair Abdullah Nasser, and his accompanying delegation.
This is to discuss all security issues in the state
In a statement to Voice of the Armed Forces radio as part of his inspection visit, which he began in the locality of Marawi, with members of the armed forces, particularly the Air Defense Forces.
He expressed his joy at this visit, during which he was reassured about the security conditions.
During his tour, he visited all vital installations, confirming their availability and readiness to extend security and tranquility across the state.

The governor of the northern state provided him with additional information on the security conditions and confirmed that despite welcoming a large number of expatriates estimated at around one and a half million, the state enjoys security and stability.
We appreciate the role of the Northern State Government for the tremendous and appreciated efforts to secure and protect the State and provide means of security, comfort and reassurance to all expatriates.
For his part, the Acting Governor of the Northern State, Mr. Abdeen Awadallah, welcomed the Commander of the Air Defense Forces and the delegation accompanying him.
For this fruitful visit during which he inspected Dongola airport and the command of the 266th Air Defense Brigade
He stressed that Dongola Airport is ready for operation, just waiting for the airspace to open and the state is cell free.
