Director of the General Security and Intelligence Service of North Kordofan State, Brigadier General Al-Awad Muhammad Al-Awad, said that the people of North Kordofan State deserve sacrifices for them because that it is (loyal) to its regular forces and to its homeland. .
Al-Awad added that the Abwash militia fled the country and left behind their cars and weapons, and said: Our lives are sacrificed for the homeland.
For his part, Commander of the Army's SAS Haggana Umm Reesh Fifth Infantry Division, Major General Faisal Muhammad al-Hassan Saleh, said that this victory came from the patience of Insan al-Abyad and of North Kordofan in general, and that the armed forces spared no effort to protect the land and honor.
Al-Hassan added that the Sudanese armed forces have become widespread and victorious in all axes in Kordofan and elsewhere.
This happened during the march led by citizens of the city of El Obeid to celebrate the victories achieved by the forces of the General Security and Intelligence Service, the Haganah forces and the regular forces that support them.
Freedom Square in central El Obeid was the scene of large spontaneous gatherings of citizens celebrating with regular forces after crushing rebel forces in eastern Khortaq and receiving a number of all-terrain vehicles of the militia. The march forced the leaders and directors of the military services. to address it in front of the largest crowds and groups in El Obeid, which had not been planned.
In this context, citizen Zahraa Hassan Khalifa said that without the loyalty and dedication of the Sudanese Armed Forces and all its institutions, North Kordofan and all of Sudan would have made headlines (as she said) .
