Community initiatives and good deeds of the Third Division and the National Cooperative Foundation
A distinguished presence and a community presence, an army, a people
We were this fine morning in the area of the 3rd Infantry Division, and there were scenes of which one can hardly find an example in a country other than Sudan and in a society other than Sudanese society. We, by God, feel. that the cursed war, despite all the tragedies and bitterness, has indeed made the slogan “one army, one people” a reality, and that it penetrates and deepens every day.
Truth be told, the National Cooperative Corporation has undertaken tremendous work and necessary work, with the influx of thousands of families from Khartoum State and a few other states.
Who has been affected by the rebellion and which is the reality that families need help and assistance in all the difficult circumstances that most of them face. The project to circumcise 300 children from the two localities of Shendi, and its implementation is something that is underway. brings joy and brings us back to this community solidarity work which was flourishing a few decades ago and which is making a comeback within the military institution.
The slogan “One army, one people” is a reality that has become a reality in every project, every work and program, just as it is a reality in the popular armed resistance, which is embodied in the armed forces with the slogan .
The presence of Major General Hamdan Abdel Qader, commander of the 3rd Infantry Division, division chiefs, the executive director of the locality of Shendi and executive, social and media leaders of the localities.
Greetings to Colonel Yasser Abdel Rahim, director of social services and representative of the National Cooperative Foundation, who supervised this work. We see the Foundation tents still set up as part of the discounted, life-easing-burden-of-life project I spoke with. spoke to him about an urgent societal desire for a greater diffusion of these tents and cooperative complexes that sell food and other products at low prices. This desire was actually reduced and reduced, and it was ours in the national community project of prisoner production.
Cooperation in the complexes of the Corps of Engineers, Sudanese Television and the complex of the National Council of Ministers, where the products of productive families were displayed, in addition to the supply of vegetables and fruits directly from the farms.
