The main experiences in the field of community police – in our regional and international environment – have proven that systematic training is the cornerstone of the transformation of the traditional military concept to the participative preventive concept. The training was not simply a transfer of rigid knowledge or skills, but is rather a reshaping of the police ‘mentality to transform into a positive partner in social cohesion, and a basic pillar to resolve conflicts and strengthen the company to slide towards crime.
Those who have received this training in the Berber locality are not only a digital batch, but also represent a qualitative change in the philosophy of local security, with legal content, negotiation skills, non -violent intervention strategies and the basis of the management of fragile groups and people with needs.
