Conference and exhibition of Egypt for cybersecurity: “A window of hope towards a safe digital recovery in Sudan – something for the fatherland – ✍️ Mr. Salah is strange
Under the generous patronage of the Presidency of the Egyptian cabinet, the activities of the Egyptian conference and exhibition for cybersecurity “were launched, the most important event in the region which brings together elite experts, specialists and decision -makers in the field of digital security. This conference was not simply a platform to present the latest technologies and security solutions, but was rather a cry conscious of the importance of cybersecurity in our accelerated digital world and an affirmation of the pioneering role of Egypt in improving this awareness at the regional level.
The conference highlighted the growing challenges faced by institutions and individuals in electronic space, ransom attacks and security breakthroughs targeting vital infrastructure. In the midst of these challenges, the importance of adopting integrated defensive strategies and improving cooperation between the different sectors to protect sensitive data and ensuring the continuity of activities.

National capacity building: Egypt can provide its expertise in the development of Sudanese executives specialized in the field of cybersecurity thanks to training programs and joint workshops. This includes rehabilitation of skills capable of discovering and responding to threats and applying best security practices.
National strategies: can be used from the Egyptian experience in the formulation of a national cybersecurity strategy in Sudan, in particular the definition of priorities and objectives, the distribution of responsibilities between the authorities concerned and the mechanisms for the definition of coordination and cooperation.
Promotion of society’s awareness: cybersecurity is not limited to the technical side, but also extends to include the construction of a security culture for individuals and institutions. Egypt can share its experience in the launch of national awareness campaigns aimed at initiating citizens with electronic dangers and preventing them.
Encourage regional cooperation: Egypt can play a central role in facilitating cooperation between Sudan and other countries in the region in the field of cyber-men’s and best practices, and the creation of common mechanisms to confront cross electronic crimes.
Supporting the construction of a safe infrastructure: Egyptian institutions specializing in cybersecurity can provide technical support and consultant in Sudan in the construction and security of biological infrastructure, including telecommunications, energy, water and government services.
The launch of the activities of the “conference and exhibition in cybersecurity in Egypt” represents an important step towards improving digital security in the region. Given the challenges that Sudan is faced with the recovery stage, the transfer of Egyptian experience and the activation of joint cooperation in this area represents an urgent necessity.
