The Governor of the Northern State issued Decision No. (122/2024) appointing the Head of National Forces Coordination in the Northern State. This national coordination is led by Mr. Vice President of the Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General (Malik Aqar Air). The coordination visits a number of states, the question that arises is therefore what is the legal and constitutional adaptation of this coordination and whether the one who occupies a constitutional position has the right to lead a political and popular party whose Membership is based on proposals and convictions. and principles, or is it an exploitation of influence and power? What's worse is that in times of war
Is this coordination considered one of the official agencies and institutions of the government, or is it a political incubator for the state or the military? Do the armed forces now need political organizations to support them in war, or are they in the process of doing so? need mobilized men and mujahideen who care for the homeland and climb the ranks with their life and blood in sacrifice for the homeland?
So what is the constitutional basis for this decision?
If we return to Article 9 (1/A), on which the decision-making powers of the Governor were based, it states (to supervise the governance of the State, to manage it properly, to look after its interests and to preserve its security)
Do the Federal Government Ministry or Governors have political affairs or are they only executive? Have the state governors seen their interests and the preservation of their security except in this emerging coordination and not in other institutions or popular activities, or is there an instruction from the Office of the Federal Government for these formations, what is the ministry that reports to the Vice President of the Sovereignty Council as the position to establish these political blocs in the states or is this coordination involved a level of state governance?? Has this coordination completed its legal and administrative procedures with the Registrar of Party Organizations and has it fulfilled all the required conditions?
What is the role and gains of this coordination in war? Do they send mobilized personnel to theaters of operations, or do they have military training camps in every state, village and hamlet?
Or do they have a tangible role in mobilizing societies with their various affiliations, inclinations and beliefs, and under the umbrella of citizenship, to support and support the armed forces with weapons, money, convoys, a support and unlimited support since April 15, 2024 AD?
Where were they during the year and eight months, after the people had experienced the scourge of torment and loss of life, and after the signs of victory had appeared and the war had begun to reach its conclusion? , do they want to reap the rewards after doing it? fulfilled, or do they want to shamelessly repeat the scene of the youth revolution?
We know that there are parties to govern, but they arise from legitimate elections and individual convictions which constitute the authority of the people and not that of those in power.
After all the hurts and pains that have hit this country, have we not learned lessons or lessons, or are we destined for these elites to continue to control the destinies of the people through the ambitions of the Sultan?
