We note that pollution and the accumulation of stagnant water with the accumulation of dirt have exacerbated the problem, and this issue was a concern for the Director of Traffic in the Northern State, His Excellency Colonel Abdul Nasser Hassan Ahmed Police, because he had an idea aimed at improving the environmental conditions, and this idea developed into a large-scale initiative aimed at rehabilitating the environment and improving its health and cleanliness.
The Traffic Director presented his idea, which turned into an initiative, to the Minister of Health of the State, Dr. Satti Hassan Satti, where they discussed together the environmental and health challenges, and thanks to the cross-fertilization of ideas between them, the circle of the initiative was expanded to include all stakeholders and partners of the humanitarian work of the State, led by Mr. Dr. Makkawi Al-Khair Al-Waqee, Executive Director of Dongola Locality, welcomed the initiative with great enthusiasm, and everyone began to implement its provisions, under the slogan “Together to create a healthy, clean and safe environment.” the development of the initiative in a comprehensive manner aimed at reforming the environment and promoting public health.
The participation of all humanitarian partners and volunteers in this campaign has greatly contributed to achieving a positive impact on the environment. Their efforts have effectively supported the initiative, which has contributed to increasing environmental awareness and improving surrounding conditions, and this cooperation has increased the effectiveness of the initiative and its positive impact on the environment.
Despite the great afflictions that the Northern State had to face due to the displacement of the population and those who crossed the border and returned from Egypt, the State bore all the consequences of the problems arising from the return and return movement, which cost it huge sums of money to shelter them, contain their problems and provide them with basic services, and this is in addition to the pressures imposed by the displaced persons residing in the State, and to this is added the damage resulting from natural disasters resulting from torrents and rain. The Governor, Mr. Abdeen Awadallah, remained patient, measured and diligent in presenting the extent of the damage to all those concerned and in striving to avoid it, and he also remained active in the reconstruction efforts that will see the country. light in the coming days, God willing, which reflects the extent of his deep commitment to the interests of his state and his tireless efforts to improve conditions there.
This campaign, launched today by His Excellency the Governor, has achieved its objectives since the first launch, thanks to the effective cooperation between the different parties and the continuous support of the State and community leaders, and this first success reflects the effectiveness of planning, implementation and collective commitment.
The Ministry of Health has made a significant contribution that history will record in golden pages, especially since it is the party concerned in this matter. It has performed well in this campaign. It played a central role in its organization and implementation and provided the greatest possible assistance for its success, which contributed significantly to the achievement of the desired objectives.
