Daily eye treatment at Al-Halaqa Health Center targeting (1,000) patients
Kassala State Director General of Youth and Sports, Engineer Adam Jarnus, has commended the social responsibility programmes being carried out by Basar Charitable Foundation to serve the community. Jarnus said this in press statements after gracing the free treatment day.
It was organized by the Al-Halanga Teachers Association, in partnership with the Al-Basr Charitable Foundation, Kassala, and the National Health Insurance Fund, Kassala, at the Al-Halanga Model Health Center. He said that this institution had adopted a number. He described the free treatment camp as remarkable and explained that the efforts of the Al-Basr Foundation continued throughout the state. The Executive Director of Kassala Locality, Idris Muhammad Ali Badawi, stressed that this advanced stage expresses the interest of the association in serving the community and facilitating their treatment tasks, while the President of the association, Dr. Hassan Takruri Idris, confirmed that the treatment day targeted (1,000) patients and explained that the program included a meeting with a specialist and revealed that he examined, distributed medicines, provided medical glasses and performed free eye surgeries, indicating that they continue to provide health and education services to all citizens of Kassala. He added (this is a major concern given the exceptional circumstances the country is going through) and revealed the arrangements made to organize other treatment days throughout the state, under the umbrella of the association, and said that this work is part of. the strategic plan of the association for the current year, praising the Al-Basr Charitable Foundation and the partners who contributed to the success of this work. In addition, the director of the human resources department of the Makkah Eye Hospital (Kassala), Dr. Abdul Rahman Bakri. Adirbis said that the Al-Basr Charitable Foundation had been ranked. He requested that such treatment days be organized in all localities of the state. He revealed that the hospital had performed (1,600) eye operations during the last period and announced the organization of treatment convoys. would be sent to all localities of the state in the coming period.
