Directed by the under-secretary
The delegation of Sudan, led by the under -security of the Ministry of Justice, Mawlana Howaida Ali Awad Al -karim, participated in the meetings of the Human Rights Council, during the interactive dialogue session of the special course concerning the strengthening of real justice, algebra and non -rewarded guarantees and policies to investigate, collect and preserve all legislative measures and judicial and administrative to prevent the deliberate destruction of evidence, documents and archives linked to serious violations and ensure responsibility for these actions.
For its part, the delegation of Sudan submitted its declaration in which the efforts of the special course concerning this right, which strives to integrate human rights into national policies and practices to ensure that there are no violations.
