E -Gouvernemental to overcome administrative centralization – National WHISPER – ✍️ Dr TARIQ ASHARY

Thanks to a patriotic chronicle, we will approach Sudan’s reform from a scientific point of view in which we dispatched sin and draw a government of hope for a path and put it on large lines for the future of Sudan
In the light of political, economic and social challenges in Sudan, as the E government emerges as a necessary strategic option, not only as a technical project. It represents a key to development and a tool for reconstruction of the State on modern foundations which follow the rhythm of the spirit of the time, and to respect the aspirations of citizens exhausted by war, and they have the search for the most basic services.
The war revealed the fragility of the administrative structure of the State, the weakness of public service institutions, the lack of transparency and the poor distribution, which doubled the suffering of the citizen. Here is the role of the government E to overcome it administrative centralization and justice in the provision of services, in particular in the terminal and rural areas which have long remained marginalized.
The electronic government also opens the door to responsibility and disclosure, as government information and data are available to the citizen at any time, which limits manifestations of corruption and favoritism, and improves the efficiency of public institutions.
In addition to the administrative impact, digital transformation improves the position of Sudan on the regional and international map, and represents a positive message for investors and the international community that Sudan follows the path of institutional reform and administrative stability.
Perhaps the Sudanese youth, with their knowledge and creative energies in the field of technology, is the most capable of directing this transformation, if it has opportunities and has been adopted and a real national project to advance technology as development costs.
The electronic government represents a qualitative change in the style of state management and the provision of services to citizens, because it is not only a technique but an administrative culture and a strategic vision aimed at transparency, efficiency and facilitation of people’s lives. In Sudan, the electronic government represents an important tool to overcome bureaucratic complications and carry out sustainable development at the post-war stage, provided that political will, infrastructure and the necessary human rehabilitation are available. Investing in digital transformation is not a luxury but rather a necessity for a more stable, more prosperous and prosperous future. Sudan is the best war
