Energy Minister inspects progress of works at ministry headquarters in Khartoum – Zoll Net

Minister of Energy, Advisor Engineer Al-Moatasem Ibrahim Ahmed, accompanied by Engineer Al-Sadiq Jaber, member of the Undersecretary’s Management Committee, inspected the progress of works in several departments led by the Ministry of Energy in the capital, Khartoum, in the presence of directors of public departments and heads of departments.
The minister received comprehensive clarifications from department directors on the overall performance and work flow, as well as the efforts made by workers to advance the energy sector after the ministry returned to its main headquarters in Khartoum, emphasizing the importance of accelerating the pace of work during this stage.
During the visit, the Minister listened to the comments of the employees and the challenges they face, appreciating the great role played by the employees of the Ministry, calling for concerted efforts and working in high spirit to contribute to the revival of the nation, while committing to resolve the issues related to returning to work from the main office.
The tour included reviewing the work progress of the General Administration of Petroleum Facilities, supply management, and legal, financial and administrative affairs, to determine readiness and overcome any operational obstacles.
The visit is part of field monitoring and identification of obstacles and challenges that emerged following the transfer of the ministry’s headquarters from Port Sudan to its main headquarters in the capital, Khartoum, in order to ensure the stability of work and continuity of services.
