The modernization of markets and cities and the creation of specialized industrial cities must have a global perspective consistent with standards and expected environmental sustainability.
Engineering expert in the field of water, Professor Ibrahim Al-Rashid Chamoun, said that water must be treated by laboratories and there must be legislation that protects water from any alteration .
