Facing false allegations… towards national unity based on truth ✍️ Hisham Mahmoud Suleiman
In recent days, certain media circles have broadcast offensive and misleading statements attributed to Fadlallah Barma Nasser, attempting to sow discord among the Sudanese people, by falsely asserting the existence of the “strange faces law”, which aims to criminalize the people of Western countries. Sudan based on the color of their skin or appearance. Such allegations are nothing more than slander aimed at sowing discord and deepening divisions in our diverse society.
First, there is no legal or official evidence of the existence of a law by that name. Laws in Sudan are subject to announced and approved procedures, and no law can be passed without being documented and announced to the public. law that violates the rights of citizens based on their appearance, it must be supported by clear and reliable facts, but in the case of this (alleged law) we find no trace or official confirmation of its existence.
Second, it is extremely dangerous to make accusations without evidence and without being aware of the consequences of these statements. Using such lies in the media only incites discord and fuels racial conflict among citizens. These deceptive methods harm national unity and deepen differences between citizens. the inhabitants of a nation who suffer from more serious challenges such as economic crises and political conflicts
Third, the history of conflicts in Sudan bears witness to the role played by certain political figures in stoking ethnic and regional divisions, but it is illogical that those who played a role in fueling these conflicts now promote the discourse on national unity, instead of working to promote peace and reconciliation. Some seek to reopen the wounds of the past to defend their interests.
The response to these allegations must be to promote the truth and emphasize the need for national unity. Sudan is a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural country, and all its historical and religious sources testify to this rich diversity that the nation needs today. unified efforts that promote peace and achieve justice for all, regardless of race or color. So when does this mean God bless him in his entirety, Nasser?
Opposing these lies is not only the responsibility of the media and politicians, but it is the duty of every Sudanese citizen who is jealous of the interests of his country. There will be no real progress if we continue to live in divisions and distort relationships. facts. We must have one voice for the good of Sudan, our homeland that welcomes everyone.
