Federal Minister of Health meets Khartoum State Governor as part of field tours

Federal Minister of Health Dr. Haitham Mohamed Ibrahim confirmed that great efforts are being made by Khartoum State to stabilize the situation, especially health services, highlighting the wise leadership of the governor, calling him a role model for states. He pledged to rehabilitate health institutions in Khartoum State, explaining that the main purpose of the visit to Khartoum State is that it is a field stand to provide services and thank the medical personnel working in their workplaces, describing their work as a great sacrifice under the war conditions, in addition to opening new departments in health institutions.
This came during the meeting with the Governor of Khartoum State, A. Ahmed Othman Hamza, in the latter's office, in the presence of the Director General of the Ministry of Health in Khartoum State, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Qaim and the delegation accompanying the minister.
The minister thanked the Ministry of Health and the Khartoum State Government, stressing the need to support operating hospitals, calling for concerted efforts so that a great work can be accomplished.
The minister said the ministry was committed to bridging the gap, noting that the delegation included the National Health Insurance Fund, the National Medical Supplies Fund and the Drugs and Poisons Council.
For his part, he thanked the Governor of Khartoum State, A. Ahmed Othman Hamza, from the Federal Health delegation, presented his greetings to the Federal Minister of Health and the accompanying delegation, greeting the White Army, noting that the visits of the Federal Minister of Health always aim to find solutions, noting that crisis management is different from the normal situation, so concerted efforts support everyone, explaining that this is the fourth visit of the Federal Minister of Health to the state,
He said, but this time it is different because the delegation is large and includes health partners from the National Fund for Medical Equipment and Health Insurance and the Council of Medicines and Poisons, stressing that he is the first among the ministers to come to inspect the conditions of the citizens of Khartoum State, appreciating the efforts of the Federal Ministry of Health in war conditions.
