Abdul Rahim indicated that the Federal Minister of Health was assured to provide these consumables and medical equipment to the specialized services funded at public expense and to allocate sums of money for these services, noting that the meeting assured the strengthening of medical engineering mechanisms in the ministry and unification of purchasing mechanisms through the National Fund for Medical Supplies, in addition to the qualification of medical personnel, it equipped states with specialized workshops to monitor and evaluate medical devices.
