For the second time in a month, torrents from storm drains threatened the city of Al-Jili for the first time. According to eyewitnesses, they confirmed that the torrents began to submerge the outskirts of the city due to the lack of annual maintenance. water plants, south and north of the city, as Al-Jili is located between two torrents that come from the east of the city and threaten it every year.
