Foreign policy.. The chapter on perils – beyond current events – ✍️ Muhammad Wadaa

*International relations are managed by the intelligence services with the expansion of the phenomenon of corruption of heads of state*

*There is no (positive) external interference, because any interference constitutes a challenge to the sovereignty and independence of national decision-making.*

*The founding stage, as well as the reconstruction and restructuring of the state, requires paying sufficient attention to the file of external relations*

*External relations cannot be managed for five years without supervisory and legislative authority*

The document: In the axis of foreign policy, (starting from a new vision and understanding of foreign policy which aims to achieve the supreme interests of the nation, adopting a foreign policy which achieves a balance between the demands of the supreme national interest in such a way that values common interests that respond to the aspirations of the people and defend their principles, by following a policy of good neighborliness with all countries, by not interfering in the affairs of others, by taking the positions dictated to us by international, regional and bilateral agreements, taking clear positions on all issues in our regional environment, affirming and strengthening relations of integration and cooperation in the regional environment and. international, rejecting and opposing all forms of negative external interference in the internal affairs of the country, especially those that violate the sovereignty of the country. and its national decision)

The paragraph was general and unclear, and it was necessary to explicitly stipulate the independence of foreign policy and not follow the politics of regional and international axes, especially since Sudan, after the war that raged , has not found an axis on which to center certain countries. whose vital interests coincided. The positions it took alongside Sudan sometimes resembled cows, and this is a natural thing resulting from the lack of clarity in Sudanese foreign policy, since the last period of the Bashir regime, and the divide around 'Al-Ratq expanded under the Hamdok government, amid chaos in foreign relations after the war, and was replaced. The minister replaced him and the situation has not changed.

It was not possible to stipulate the rejection of (negative) foreign interventions – therefore – in the internal affairs of Sudan, especially those that violate the sovereignty of the country and its national decision. It is natural to reject all forms of foreign intervention, as is the case here. There are no (positive) foreign interventions, and any foreign intervention is a violation of sovereignty and national decision.

There is no point in personalizing.

It is clear that the vision of foreign policy has not disappeared from the lack of clarity among policy makers in our country, and foreign relations are still captive to the traditional concept (giving and receiving), without specifying from whom one takes and The outward appearance of the issue is not the same as its hidden meaning at the intersections of regional and international politics and the hidden role played by international intelligence services and the widespread phenomenon of heads of state and government who accept bribes. This is a new factor in international relations, the limits of which cannot be predicted or known, and even the great powers have not been spared (Great Britain and the penholder incident). . The order is to disrupt the Security Council session designated to consider Sudan's complaint. against the United Arab Emirates for its interference in the war and for supplying weapons to the Rapid Support Militia, in an indictment that includes Uganda, Central Africa, Chad and Libya.

The founding stage, the reconstruction and restructuring of the State, requires paying sufficient attention to the file of foreign relations, because it is the right approach to achieve the common interests of the countries, to rebuild what has been destroyed by war, realize economic interests and open the door to Sudan's contribution to efforts to maintain regional peace and security of course requires foreign policy replanning with transparency and unambiguous clarity, respecting the interests of the people Sudanese, while submitting the entire file to a supervisory and legislative authority, and compliance with the principle of responsibility and evaluation cannot be managed for five years without a supervisory authority.
