Today, a series of free eye operations has started at Makkah Hospital for medicine and ophthalmology of the “International Al -Basr” Foundation at the Sudan Port, with 400 free eyes as the first step with a generous donation of Qatari merchants Salman Abdullah and Abdullah Bin Ahmed Al -Obaidi. The operations are distributed by 200 operations in Atbara, 100 Atbara and 100 Bakla.
The businessmen visited Makkah hospital in Port Sudan and the headquarters of the regional administration of the Foundation.
These operations target all societal groups and aim to alleviate the suffering of citizens in the United States.
In press statements, Qatari businessman Salman Abdullah said that the objective of visiting the Basicra World Foundation is to support humanitarian charity to treat eye patients. He added: “During the visit, we found a large number of patients and the situation is tragic. Eye patients suffer from health problems and need operations. »»
Salman also thanked the Basra World Foundation for his enormous efforts in the treatment of eye patients.
It should be noted that the launch of these free operations coincides with the series of free operations carried out by all the branches of the hospital operating in the United States.
