Governor of Blue Nile region cuts ribbon at Souda Health Insurance Center in Bao Governorate
Amid a large public and official presence, Lieutenant General Ahmed Al-Amda Badi, Governor of the Blue Nile Region, inaugurated the health insurance center in Souda, Bau Governorate, in the presence of the Minister of Health, Mr. Gamal Nasser, Ministers of Agriculture and Urban Planning, the Director of Police, the Director of the Security and Intelligence Service, the representative of the Fourth Infantry Division, the Governors of Damazin and Bau and the Director of the Regional Health Insurance Branch, Dr. Abu Bakr Al -Siddiq Awad Abdul Qadir and a number of general directors, executives and civil administrations in the region.
The governor commended health insurance officials in the region for their immediate response in supporting the large number of returnees by providing them with medical insurance services alongside the nomadic tribes in the region. He said the opening of the center would help with this situation. localization of treatment and stability of returnees.
The Minister of Health said the effective partnership with health insurance plays an effective role in serving communities in health matters.
The Blue Nile region health insurance director said the center includes a medical clinic, laboratory, pharmacy, short-term accommodation (for men and women) and primary health care offices, in more than one rest area for active health personnel. He added that the insurance aims to stabilize returnees from neighboring countries by bringing together 70,000 families, and the Souda Center is one of the health insurance programs for the stability of returnees, and the effective partnership will continue with the Ministry of Health to activate the health insurance service in all health facilities in the region.
