Governor of the Darfur region: Rapid support practices for El Fasher are driven by “ethnic motivations”.
Commander #Minni_Arko_Minawi, governor of the Darfur region, confirmed today Sunday that what is happening in El Fasher, the capital of the North Darfur region, is “ethnically motivated” and not political.
