Dr. Ahmed Al-Khalifa Omar, Commissioner for Works Management at the Ministry of Education, pointed out that September 15 is the last day to register and count students examining the secondary certificate exams for the postponed batch of 2023 AD, stressing that the completion of the inventory process represents the beginning of entering the concrete and practical procedures to implement the stages of the secondary certificate exams, and stressing that it allows the ministry to know the location of students taking the exams after the imposed displacement. He pointed out that the inventory of the locations of students taking the exams allows the ministry to determine the examination centers inside and outside Sudan, noting that they have accredited centers outside Sudan. , revealing that they have asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to inform the ministry of any additional centers in the countries to which the students have been moved so that the ministry can examine their compliance with the conditions of the certificate examination centers abroad. He added that these centers will be. Supervised by embassies abroad, Al-Khalifa stressed that the inventory process is a major process that requires the combined efforts of teachers, students and their families to complete it, stressing: The ball is now in their court and he called for the need to speed up its completion, stressing the keenness of the exam administration to deliver the exam papers to each student examined at his location.
The Caliph stressed the state's interest in all its sovereign and executive agencies and its keenness to organize the exam. He said: “Our promise is that we will fulfill the promise made by the late former Minister Al-Houri to organize the exam during this year,” he added, “We assure them that this work will be carried out efficiently and with great precision, as the deceased began, stressing that the field of education is one of the fields of the battle of dignity and the completion of the fight.” The exam is considered a victory that the ministry gives to the Sovereignty Council, the ministers and the Sudanese people, and it is considered the share of teachers and the ministry in the battle for dignity.
Regarding the setting of the date of the exams, the Caliph revealed that the ministry is submitting a proposal to the Sudan Examinations Council to discuss, approve or change it, and then decide to announce the date of holding the exams, reassuring the students that it will be early enough to allow them to prepare and revise, stressing that the examinations council includes experts from several agencies and has experience in this field, and added that students from dangerous states will show where they are after the inventory process is completed, and the Sudan Examinations Council will submit a proposal for examination centers to the Supreme Committee for Securing the Sudanese Certificate Exams, which in turn will determine the degree of security of these centers and the possibility of securing them, and we have full confidence in them because of their long experience in this field.
In a related context, the Caliph revealed the completion of arrangements to transfer the administration of the examinations to the Nile State, indicating that it will be transferred within two weeks after obtaining permission from the Council of Ministers to transfer the administration. He expressed his appreciation to the state government, represented by the governor, for agreeing to host the administration in the state so that it can complete the work of the certification examination stages, indicating that the governor approved the ministry's proposal to assign Atbara Secondary School to administer the examinations.
