Higher education triumphs over ruin: more than 90,000 students complete electronic demand procedures in the first round

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the end of the electronic request period for the acceptance of the public (first floor) for the batch postponed from the Sudanese certificate campaign for the year 2023, and its equivalent for Arab and foreign certificates. This came during the reception of the under-secretary, Professor Mohamed Hassan Dahab, the engineer closing report, Dr. Babiker Hussein Ahmed, Managing Director of the General Administration for Information and Networks.
Dr. Babiker Hussein explained that electronic demand had started on June 28 and that the ministry extended the request period for additional days, which ended on July 10, which allowed the majority of students to finish their procedures easily and easily. He pointed out that the number of candidates had exceeded expectations, because it completed more than 90,000 male and women, the electronic demand process gently, thanks to the monitoring of the ministry and its processing of the obstacles they have faced.
For his part, Professor Dahab stressed that the success of the electronic application reflects the desire of Sudanese students, from the interior and outside of the country, to continue their education within the country, highlighting the obstacle of Sudanese higher education establishments and its ability to absorb students and to the active contribution to the construction of their future. He added that this stage expresses the determination of educational establishments, students and their families to rebuild what was destroyed by war, and that education triumphs over ruin and destruction. He also praised the victories of the Sudanese armed forces and other regular forces to defeat the rebellious militia, and the efforts made to restore services in the fields where institutions are located.
Professor Dahab thanked all those who contributed to the success of the electronic presentation in the light of the country’s circumstances.
