In this complex circumstance that our Arab world lives, the need to redefine the necessary need seems more urgent than ever. Today, politics has come closer to a degraded linguistic market, which does not increase the responsibility of speech and does not express the concerns and problems of peoples, but rather at a regular rate behind the illusion of personal gains, leaving behind the principles, the ideals and the goal for which the policy was originally found.
We are not only sitting in a crisis in discourse, but a collapse of the moral structure on which public work is supposed to be based. It is surprising that the values are transformed into an elitist “luxury”, and that the principles are considered a heavy and useless burden, preferably bypassing it for “political realism”, which is realistic which reduces everything in the narrow and individual interest, the region; Then the state
At the expense of the group and common destiny.
The language of politics today is no longer the language of civil and social care that the space whose philosophers dreamed, from Plato to Al -Farabi, when they saw that the rule of virtuous peoples is based on justice, reason, advice and participation, and not on the intrigue, betrayal and liquidation of accounts. Where are these dreams today. The state has become, in many cases, managed that private companies are managed, where the positions are distributed as the loot is distributed, and the competent is excluded from the advantage
Thus, the necessary necessity becomes a rational administration which justifies not to be silent on this slope – more dangerous than the problem itself, because this means the acceptance of silence and normalization with mediocrity. The citizen, who is supposed to be a partner in public affairs, has only become only a spectator who is invited to applaud and applaud at a specific moment, and to silence at all times. As for the intellectual, he is in certain cases transformed into a promotional trumpet, or a servant for closed agendas, who renounces his critical role for the crumbs of winnings.
The absence of the rule of law, in the philosophical sense, does not only mean the absence of geography, but the absence of the idea. When the State does not return a joint project, but rather an organized looting institution, it loses its ability to kiss everyone and turns into an endless prey. And when he disappears, the effects of the state of social protection and equality are hidden, the law disappears with it, the voice of the chief is above the voice of justice, and political dialogue is replaced by the reasons, the difference in incentive and competition with betrayal.
What to do then? Maybe the start is to restore the old question: why was the state found originally? Are we ready to live together according to fair rules, or do we prefer to stay in the worlds of accusations and betrayal? A country without real law and official institutions cannot be built, and a country without free citizen may feel that he is at home, not in a temporary prison.
Back to the authority of a people is not nostalgia for the past, but rather a confrontation with the present. It is an act of resistance against ugliness, against marketing and against those who believe that politics is a game without morals. Let us return to the first dream, and we are looking for the virtuous evidence that is based on opinion, and not on arms, to participate, and not in loyalty and justice, so as not to promote.
Until we returned, the necessary need will remain, in fact, and they are marketed in the name of “stability”, when it is only produced more ruin and destruction
