One of the most powerful sentences uttered during the war was that addressed by President Al-Burhan, during a meeting with journalists yesterday in Port Sudan, to the rebel Hemeti (I will not kill you).
This is one of the strong phrases of the army commander, including the one that has been used in Sudan and abroad, which is (Double Leo).
Al-Burhan's statement was an eloquent response to Hemedti's aggression at the beginning of the war, as he said, addressing his stern warning to Al-Burhan: “We are in the place of a teacher who knows you. We will arrest you and hand you over to justice, or you will die like you and any dog.
Hemedti said this humorously at the beginning of the war, and Al-Burhan responded to it at the end of the war by adding: “I will not surrender, I will not kill you and you must face the Sudanese.”
Al-Burhan's words explain the current war situation in Sudan.
These are the ends that confirm the strong march to defeat and destroy the Janjaweed.
A clear position, not only for the future of the fighting, but also for the calls to save the rapid support through peace agreements, which Al-Burhan decided with a new position, which is (We will not sit in a place where the rebellion is praised).
What Al-Burhan said is the position of a leader who clearly leads the battle and explains his goals and progress to his people, while the tongue of the rebel leader, Hemedti, is silenced, except for the written statements attributed to him, and he is known for his frequent discussions and threats.
The proof of this is the truth of his people, who expect him to hasten the resolution of the battle.
These days, we are witnessing powerful airstrikes that have caused great suffering to the Janjaweed, hitting their military shelters and their leaders hiding in hospitals and homes in El Daein and elsewhere.
The war has hurt the Sudanese people and has lasted a long time, and the decisive moment has come when the men of our armed forces and the mujahideen mobilize to liberate all the cities in which they kill and torture people.
People are waiting to return home, confident in the capabilities of the army and the mujahideen.
