Within the framework of the banking policies initiated by the Bank of Sudan during the replacement of the currency after the process of accumulation of the money supply, which became evident through the deposit operations and the request for extension of its duration, that most of this mass was outside the banking system.
This resulted in setting a daily exchange ceiling in order to encourage electronic transactions until the implementation of the electronic statement of State works.
As a result, public institutions were expected to be the first to start implementing these banking policies and make decisions requiring them to do so.
Today, the citizen finds himself between the hammer of the banks to obtain the money he needs to meet his simplest needs and the anvil of government institutions that do not agree to deal with banking applications.
Here, through our experience in the local community we live in, patients have been deprived of medical services at Al-Maknam Nimr Hospital and other traffic centers. As for the prosecution and the judicial system, that's another story. who request to be processed in cash.
From here we send a message to those concerned and to specialists: become aware of the problem and not make the citizen difficult, but rather not let government institutions be the cause of the failure of economic policies that aim to control the money supply and to diffuse the money supply. e-commerce culture.
I hope that urgent decisions at the state and federal level will be made in this regard, because the suffering has reached its peak and we ask God for help and success.
