Abdel Aziz, Prince Hassan Kafut and Police Lieutenant General Mahjoub Hassan Saad, leader of the Nile Popular Resistance, then governor of the Nile, Muhammad Al. -Badawi Abdel Majid, concluded the speech, and these words included chants demanding arming and advanced weaponry.
