* Mr. Mustafa Muhammad Othman Al-Sharif*, *`Deputy Governor of the Nile`* and Minister of Culture, Information and Communications, said that the unity and cohesion of the state contributed to its adherence to the entire Sudanese people, stressing that it has always remained a support and backing for the armed forces as they wage the fiercest battles in light of the episodes of clear conspiracy against Sudan.
In his speech at the end of the training course for trainees organized by the Sudanese Authority for Standardization and Metrology in River Nile State, the deputy governor indicated that the state is witnessing remarkable development in various fields, indicating that achieving further economic progress depends on commitment to production quality and standard specifications.
Al-Sharif praised the existing partnership between the state government and the authorities, stressing the importance of training to increase the skills of workers and strengthen their capacities.
For his part, Professor Hassan Haj Hamad Al-Saem, Director of the Nile Valley University, stressed the importance of training in transferring knowledge and expertise, praising the fruitful partnership between the university and the Standards Authority, which has lasted for more than ten years. Al-Saim called on the trainees to apply what they have learned in the field of work to have a positive impact on society.
Dr. Ahmed Sayed Ahmed, Director of the Nile Sector of the Sudanese Authority for Standardization and Metrology, indicated that the sector has made remarkable progress in many areas, praising the partnership with the state government, stressing the importance of continuous training in the development of cadres. He praised the efforts made to organize this training course, which is part of the Authority's efforts to develop national standards and improve the competitiveness of Sudanese products, paying attention to the qualification of human resources.
In turn, Dr. Muhammad Hamad Muhammad, the trainer of the training course, explained that the course targeted 29 trainees from various specializations of the Authority and witnessed great interaction and enthusiasm from the participants. Stressing the importance of training to develop the skills of the trainees and enable them to design and develop effective training systems. He praised the cooperation of the Authority and different sectors of the state to make this session a success.
We note that the event opened with a speech by Ms. Hoda Mirghani, Director of the Human Resources Development Unit of the Nile Sector, who expressed her sincere thanks to the Edraak Center and the trainer, Dr. Mohamed Hamad, for their efforts in making this training a success. She also commended the continued support of the Sector Director to all the programs and plans of the Human Resources Development Unit.
The conclusion of the training course saw the distinguished presence of the Minister of Health, Dr. Magda Abdullah, and the Minister of Livestock, Dr. Najda Al-Zubair, in addition to the state leadership. The program included various cultural performances presented by the Al-Madeh Abu Talib group, the Da'ash theater troupe and the poet Sayed Ahmed Abdel Hamid, which gave the event an atmosphere of joy and celebration.
In conclusion, the Deputy Governor of Nile and a number of entities supporting the course were honored and certificates were distributed to the trainees.
