Information Minister watches Amwaj Centre documentary
The Amwaj Center presented its documentary film (But We Can Be Different) in the presence of a tribe of media professionals, journalists and people interested in the Northern Channel Hall. The first screening of the documentary was sponsored by the Sudanese Mineral Resources Corporation, the Model Institute and the Sheikh Abdul Rahim Muhammad Fadl Hakim Award.

Highlighting the importance of this segment of society and its rights which have been highlighted in the film, the Minister added that children with special needs need special attention and support from all government, private and civil society agencies.
The minister explained the importance of media initiatives to raise awareness of the issues facing this segment.
Stressing that war and conflict greatly affect children's mental health.
He called for the need to incorporate awareness messages into documentaries
For his part, the representative of the Sudanese Mineral Resources Company, Dhaw Al-Bayt, Adam Dhaw Al-Bayt, stressed the importance of the role of the private sector in supporting initiatives aimed at empowering people with disabilities.
He stressed that the company pays great attention to social responsibility and seeks to contribute to building a more inclusive society.
The film was widely acclaimed by those interested in disability issues and journalists, who praised the message the film conveyed and stimulated debate on the importance of supporting and encouraging people with disabilities and the benefit of collective media work and congratulated the documentary film crew and the Amwaj Centre for Media Services.
