Justice aims to remove inactive companies from the commercial register in the implementation of law 2025
In order to control and update the commercial register in accordance with legal controls, Mawlana / Howaida Ali Awad Al -Karim, under -secretary of the Ministry of Justice and of the designated Minister, published their directives in the commercial registrar to examine and revise commercial data, and delete companies that are not practicing for activity or conditions that have not succeeded, depending on the article (255) on societies.
