Khartoum State and specifications confirm close coordination to prevent circulation of counterfeit and expired goods
A joint meeting was held today between Khartoum State and the Sudan Standards and Metrology Authority, in the presence of the Secretary General of the Khartoum State Government, Al-Hadi Abdel-Sayed.

The meeting confirmed that the war has not prevented regulatory agencies from fulfilling their role of protecting citizens and preventing the circulation of counterfeit and expired products.
Sulafa explained that the authority started its work some time ago and was able to control many violations, and its members are present in the markets.
For his part, the Secretary General of the Khartoum State Government affirmed the state's support for the activities of regulatory agencies, and it works in an integrated system with the state to control commercial activities and enforce regulatory standards.
