For strategic planning and performance measurement standards for employees of the Northern State Government Secretariat
As part of the general strategy of the State for the year 2025 – 2030 AD.
Machar Kuol Chol, director of the General Department of Planning, Translation and Research at the Northern State Government Secretariat, said the course would continue until Thursday to enable employees from different departments to prepare operational plans in coordination with the General Training Administration at the Ministry of Finance as part of strengthening the capacities of secretariat agents with those responsible for planning in the various secretariat services.
Scholl indicated that workers will acquire skills in planning, performance measurement, indicator measurement and environmental analysis of the internal and external environment to develop an ambitious plan to achieve leadership next year, and he said the training courses would continue.
