Member of the Council of Transitioning Sovereignty and Deputy Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant-General Shams Al -Kabbashi, visit to the fire site that broke out in the stores of the Sudanese oil company in Sudan Port efforts to extinguish fire.

The Minister of Energy and Oil revealed, d. Mohieddin Mohamed Naim, the main tin of the strategic stock in the main oil warehouse at the Sudan port was submitted to the fire, as well as the fire of four other main tanks, following the attack on the rebel militia drones at dawn on Monday. He explained that these random attacks targeted strategic installations, which negatively affected the efforts and capacities of the Sudanese people.

Dr. Mohiuddin, in press statements today, that the systematic targeting of the militia represents a serious threat, noting that the equipment of fire fighting from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will soon arrive, as it is expected that fire planes arrive in the coming hours. He added that the necessary precautionary measures and treatments will take place as soon as the fire is extinguished, to ensure that life goes to normal.

For his part, the governor of the state of the Red Sea, Lieutenant-General Mustafa Mohamed Nour, explained that civil defense is trying to extinguish fire, stressing that it reassured citizens that oil supplies will not be affected by these attacks, noting that large quantities of oil products are available in other areas to cover the needs of citizens.

In the same context, the dean of Abdullah Abdul -Safi Faraj, deputy director of civil defense in the Wilayat of the Red Sea, said that civil defense efforts continue to extinguish the fire in the main ankles in the strategic warehouses of oil and oil supplies. He stressed that the fire was limited to only four tanks and that the rest of the facilities were not assigned, as they are subject to total control thanks to the continuous efforts deployed by the civil defense units, the Maritime Ports Authority, the management of the Sudan Port Airport and the Civil Defense Administration of the State.

Brigadier Abdullah Abdul -Safi added that the civil defense teams work at full capacity to ensure that the fire does not spread, stressing that the rest of the warehouses is still under control and will not be affected by intensive efforts made on the ground.
