Member of the Sovereignty Council and Deputy Commander-in-Chief, Lieutenant General Shams al-Din Kabbashi returns home

Today, the member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and deputy commander-in-chief of the armed forces, Lieutenant General Shams al-Din Kabbashi, returned home after a several-day African tour, including Mali and in Niger, during which he was accompanied by the Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Yassin Ibrahim.
During the visit, His Excellency met with the presidents of the two countries and discussed with them common issues, the current political situation, the repercussions of the war and its impact on the regional and international environment.
He was received at the Port Sudan International Airport by the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Dr. Abu Bakr Omar Al-Bushra, and the Secretary General of the Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Mohamed Al-Ghali.
