Member of the Sovereignty Council, Deputy Commander-in-Chief, Lieutenant General Ibrahim Jaber, reviews preparations for a successful summer agricultural campaign
Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Deputy Commander-in-Chief, Lieutenant General and Marine Engineering Advisor, Ibrahim Jaber Ibrahim, presented the efforts made to make the summer agricultural season a success and the challenges it faces.
During his meeting today in his office in Port Sudan with the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Dr. Abu Bakr Omar Al-Bushra, in the presence of the Minister of Agriculture of White Nile State, His Excellency pledged to overcome all obstacles related to the agricultural season, especially fuel and seeds, stressing the need to work to make this season a success.
For his part, the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry explained in a press statement that the meeting discussed the performance of the ministry and its plans for the success of the agricultural season in all states of Sudan.
The minister said that the agricultural campaign faces many challenges and obstacles given the current circumstances, stressing that the member of the Sovereignty Council is committed to working to resolve them.
