Minister of Transport appoints Dr. Essam El-Din Ismail Hasabo assumed duties as Director of the Seaports Authority
Engineer Abu Bakr Abu Al-Qasim Abdullah, Acting Minister of Transport, issued a decision by which he terminated the appointment of Captain Muhammad Hassan Mukhtar as director of the Seaports Authority, as he reached legal retirement age. The minister decided to appoint Dr. Essam El-Din Ismail Hasabou to serve as Director General of the Seaports Authority, effective January 7, 2025.
