Ministry of Health: Arrangements to begin distribution of more than 16 million mosquito nets next April

Federal Minister of Health, Dr. Haitham Muhammad Ibrahim held a meeting with the Global Malaria Support Unit of the Ministry of Health, at its quarantine office in Port Sudan.

Federal Minister of Health, Dr. Haitham Muhammad Ibrahim, in press statements, said the meeting discussed modalities for launching a mosquito net distribution campaign for over 16 million mosquito nets, in addition to discuss the ministry's agreement with UNICEF, in addition to the challenges facing the Global Support Unit.

The minister confirmed that the ministry's technical team managed during the war period to draft the grant proposal and have it approved by Global Support in Geneva, as it was one of the best proposals ever written.
