Military support in the northern state accuses the ministry and its minister of corruption in a report containing countless names and a torrent of accusations of administrative corruption, land granting, and… and…
The reader of the article initially cannot finish reading it due to the length of the article and the hidden hatred it contains between the lines which makes it seem like there is (revenge ) between the (anonymous) writer and the minister.
Before expressing my opinion, let me tell you my story with the Minister who made a dream come true for us that occupies an important place in the minds of many people in this Northern State.
When you leave Khartoum, heading for the beloved North, you find the northern artery running through wasteland as far as the eye can see, and the only brightness in this valley is the road itself. She was greatly weakened and. its sides collapsed. We see a dream of greenery on both sides of the road and projects that smell of success, farms and potato fields are enough for Sudan and fulfill the certain dream (Sudan is the food of the world). basket). But how to carry out this project? Which party can take the initiative? …
The response comes from the State Ministry of Investment, and in turn, the central Ministry of Investment stimulates, calls, activates and facilitates the investment process in the State for companies and institutions, but frustration takes over when you learn that this ministry in the north is a dilapidated mission. You fall into a deep sleep and behold your dream of Ammar has ended in the fallow egg and you return to look beyond the window of lost hope with dehydration that still lingers. more than three hours. But suddenly (with the power of Qadir) you hear that the Investment Commission became the Ministry of Investment and life began to spread in the state investment body by granting projects to investors from the population of the state and outside. in the extensions of the Al-Barqiq projects and others, in the hope that the cultivated areas will extend until reaching Al-Ttamam and then the borders of Khartoum State.
Imagine the number of workers and the quantity of production that enrich the country and feed the export fund.
We asked about the work of the ministry and they answered: A brilliant minister and a young man came there…
We asked how to grant investments? How are investment projects awarded?
The answer was: through a joint committee composed of several state agencies which determines the conditions for granting investments and projects….
