– Of course, the recent changes in the executive branch of the North Kordofan government have been intended, I believe, to improve overall job performance, and I certainly found approval in the hope that the process renewal of blood in certain executive joints will continue in order to create a working environment truly oriented towards the aspirations of the citizen and to improve the image of the citizen with regard to his permanent conviction that certain officials are against his interests, his initiatives and its development projects.
In my opinion, all the gentlemen in the state's Department of Infrastructure and Urban Development are more eager to see new innovation in the way they work because they have direct ties to the community than the department is a service (revenue), so I hope they are pinning occasional hopes on how the new general manager, engineer Muawiyah Muhammad, is doing, it's a major challenge that requires him to operate a more effective qualitative change in ministry performance.
_ It is true that everyone recognizes and acknowledges that the war (April 15, 2023) caused a breakdown in all government institutions in general, and the Ministry of Urban Planning became the most affected (due to its inevitable fate ) and its geographical location, so hypothetically now its offices are in another location, which is not ideal, and without ambition of course, everyone continued working with the hope that another location would be chosen to accommodate all the technical offices of male and female employees. who, for a long time, sat under the shade of the lush neem trees, receiving the citizens with all the joy and satisfaction of the current situation ((Al-Mael)). The cornerstone of the solution lies in taking the lead in proposing solutions (part of the solution), as we find that one of the most effective proposed solutions is to move ministry offices to ( old) buildings of the Land Authority inside the wall of the White Court, and according to confirmed information, these buildings are fully qualified to accommodate all the offices of the Ministry of Planning. Indeed, they have additional advantages regarding their proximity to the public, Liberty Square, transport, land registers and. the court itself, and the availability of electric current during the day from the Al-Obeid thermal power plant, knowing that the income of this ministry is linked to the continuity and stability of electric current, and within the framework of this conversation I am waiting for the gentlemen of the departments This ministry will immediately begin to study the possibility of installing a solar energy system to maintain the electric current, to maintain service to the public.
_ This is why I expect the competent authorities to study this option so that all employees, men and women, move from the shade of lush trees to offices offering better services to the citizen, which is the objective of public satisfaction.
