National education is one of the most important pillars that contribute to the realization of a complete and sustainable development, because it concerns the construction of an intellectual, behavioral and affiliation person. Its importance in development is obvious in the following aspects:
1. Improve belonging and national fidelity: makes citizens more linked to their land and problems, which motivates him to actively participate in the construction and defense of the country.
2. Implanting of moral and societal values: such as cooperation, responsibility, respect for law and justice, which are fundamental values to ensure the stability and progress of society.
3. Prepare the good citizen: by the conscience of his rights and duties, which makes him more determined to participate in economic, social and political development.
4. The formation of a complete national conscience: by connecting the individual to the history of his homeland, to his civilization and his culture, he therefore becomes more willing to contribute to the development of the present and the future industry.
5. Promote national unity: national education melts tribal or sectarian differences and supports peaceful coexistence, which is a major condition for development.
6. Develop the spirit of initiative and participation: this makes the individual a partner in the development process, not just a recipient.
7. Investing in human capital: real development begins with humans, and national education contributes to the training of a person capable of production, creativity and reform.
Consequently, national education is not only an academic subject, but rather a strategic tool which allows the State to build a conscious and responsible generation which actively participates in the realization of a complete development
