As part of expanding the circle of smart partnerships to provide distinguished medical insurance services, a delegation from the Nile National Health Insurance Fund, headed by Dr. Al-Farbi Ibrahim Mostafa, Director of the Health Services Department, Professor Osama Mahmoud Al-Hadi, Director of the Branch Population Coverage Department, and Dr. Omar Babiker, Director of the Executive Unit of Shendi Locality, met with the leadership of Shendi University, Professor Hassan Awad Al-Karim, Director of the University, and Dr. Nasser Muhammad Othman, Vice Dean of the University, in the presence of Advisor Moatasem Ibrahim, President of Shendi University, and a number of directors and presidents of the university's specialized colleges. *With the aim of agreeing on a smart partnership to activate a dental and oral care unit at Square 1 Health Center in Shindi*
Dr. Hassan Awad Al-Karim, Director of Shendi University, said that this agreement between them and the State Health Insurance Fund to establish a dental and oral treatment clinic is a partnership and a qualitative initiative aimed at providing medical services to the local community, stressing that the presence of the Faculty of Dentistry in Shendi and its graduates of the fourth and fifth promotions strengthens this partnership and contributes to the training of these students.
Highlighting the role of the university in this partnership in providing medical personnel, aids and equipment, in addition to making the place available and determined by the state health insurance, in addition to pharmaceutical supply, which contributes to laying the first foundations of this partnership. Professor Awad Al-Karim explained that this period in the country's history needs such companies among the institutions that run joint health companies to provide distinctive treatment services to the citizens of the state.
Dr. Al-Farabi Ibrahim Mustafa, Director of the Health Services Department at the National State Health Insurance Fund, confirmed that this partnership is distinguished by the fact that it frames qualitative medical work between health insurance and one of the citadels of knowledge in the state, such as Shendi University, has many contributions and contributions in the field of providing medical services, which is clearly reflected on the citizens of the locality as a whole and on the citizens of the state in general by providing dental insurance medical services. consultants and specialists in addition to doctors from the University College of Dentistry.
