Nil: Education and UNICEF conclude workshops for girls' club leaders in Shindi

Shindi concluded the training workshops for girls' club facilitators, organized in partnership between the Nile Ministry of Education and the United Nations affiliate UNICEF.

The training workshops, organized in all localities of the State and aimed at teachers of primary and secondary schools, aimed at raising the level of social consciousness and creating a new generation of future mothers aware of all dimensions of social phenomena and negative health conditions. that affect society.

Director of the Girls' Education Department at the Nile Ministry of Education, Samia Al-Obaid, said that these training workshops achieved their objectives by raising awareness among future mothers in schools through the teachers who received intensive doses of training in this direction.

For his part, the Deputy Director of the Shindi Education Department, Dr. Muhammad Musa Siddiq, confirmed that by paying attention to the education of girls according to a vision that is accompanied by the fight against all social impacts and negative health issues, we are creating generations free from all social illnesses. who are always opponents of the rebirth of society.

Musa added that his administration is very interested in training to improve teacher effectiveness, and that the Shindi Education Department has organized over 17 multiple courses targeting all levels of teachers on the scale career, despite the circumstances prevailing in the country.

This course was followed by (40) teachers from Shendi and (35) teachers from the locality of Al-Matma.

Elham Abu Zaid, who spoke on behalf of the students, listed the great benefits they gained from this course and highlighted the importance of social awareness, especially among the younger generations.

She thanked the Department of Girls Education of the Ministry of Education and UNICEF, who sponsored this course in all localities in the state.
