Nile Acting Governor Raises Curtain on Foundation Stone of Shindi's First Sports City

Nile Acting Governor and Minister of Culture, Information and Communications Mustafa Mohamed Othman Al-Sherif raised the curtains of the foundation stone of the Obour Sports City in Al-Messikatab, north of Shendi, which is the first city sports center to be built in Shendi with modern specifications.

Nile Deputy Governor Mustafa Al-Sharif laid the foundation stone on behalf of Nile Governor Muhammad Al-Badawi Abdel Majid at the conclusion of the Martyrs of Dignity course for Sunni sports schools and academies of Al-Musikatab North, which was organized by the General Administration of Youth and Sports in the locality in the presence of executive leaders. Director of the Shindi Youth and Sports Department, Muzammil Sayed Ahmed Abdel Rahman, said that the laying of a stone for the Obour Sports City marks a good start to establish sports infrastructure based on scientific and scientific foundations. be the starting point to contribute to the development of sports work in the locality of Shendi and in Nile State.

The Director of Shendi Youth and Sports Department indicated that the continued and expanded participation of Al-Ahly Shendi in the Premier League inter-club competitions at the Sudan level and the participation of Nile and Sardia clubs in the qualifying competitions for the Premier League League confirms that Shendi is capable of competing and participating at national, regional and international levels.

Muzammil Sayyed Ahmed Abdel Rahman, Director of Shendi General Administration of Youth and Sports, praised the efforts of Al-Musikatab residents to create Shendi's first sports city, which will become a support for the old stadium by Shendi.
