Nile government approves investment plan and Shindi industrial city

The Nile State government agreed in its latest meeting, led by the state governor, Dr. Muhammad Al-Badawi Abdul Majid on the investment plan and Shindi Industrial City.
The approval came ahead of the launch of the first Nile Investment Forum for presentation to domestic and foreign companies participating in the forum.
It is worth mentioning that the industrial city of Shendi City spans more than twenty factories, Shendi focusing on agricultural and livestock production manufacturing industries, in addition to food industries, mineral water, dry juice and liquids and some other industries. .
Furthermore, Director of the Department of Culture, Media and Communications of Shindi, the official spokesperson of the locality, Bakri Al-Azraq, said that Shindi will have a distinguished presence in exhibitions and investment projects which vary according to the needs of the locality so that all products sufficient for consumption in the local market in Sudan and covering a large part of the market's exports are integrated globally.
And that was thought through. Al-Azraq said the investment forum is a good opportunity to demonstrate the capabilities of localities, especially since Shendi has resources that represent the first desire of many investors.
The committee responsible for monitoring Shindi's participation in the investment forum, headed by Dr. Rasha Abboud, discussed the modalities of participation in its various aspects.
