Nile Information Minister: Current stage requires building a generation aware of its national responsibilities
Deputy Governor of Nile and Minister of Culture, Information and Communications Mustafa Al-Sherif said that the current stage requires concerted efforts to build a generation aware of its national responsibilities.
Speaking at the training workshop organized by the National State Students Welfare Fund for directors and supervisors of student activities in residential complexes and boarding schools, he stressed the need to instill national values in the hearts of students and youth, as they are the builders of Sudan.
The Deputy Governor and Minister of Information highlighted the central role of student activities in refining students' national identity and strengthening their national affiliation.
He stressed that the Nile State represents the national dimension of the entire Sudanese people. It contributes effectively to strengthening social cohesion and the unity of the Sudanese fabric.
The Director of the Nile Valley University, Professor Hassan Haj Al-Saem, said that the National Fund for Student Welfare plays a major role in accommodating students in residential complexes, and that this issue greatly contributes to connecting generations with each other and contributes to stability and the continuation of studies.
The Secretary of the National Fund for Welfare of State Students, Ahmed Muhammad Hussein Kaltos, indicated that the aim of this workshop is to prepare qualified cadres for activity supervisors in order to ensure the success of students' activities in residential complexes, especially in light of the current circumstances.
Minister Mustafa Al-Sharif provided equipment for cultural and sports activities to support student activities.
The Islamic Endowments Authority provided loudspeakers to support the residential complexes.
