Northern Governor meets Director of Sudan Mineral Resources Corporation in the state
The Northern Governor, Mr. Abdeen Awadallah, met in his office with the Director of the Sudan Mineral Resources Company Office in the Northern State, Mr. Abdul Rahman Mahjoub Al-Nadeef, and was briefed on the progress of the company's work during the current year, the terms of the end of the year and the convening of the Coordination Council and the Supreme Committee of Social Responsibility.
He also reviewed the visit of the Managing Director of the Sudan Mineral Resources Company, Mohamed Taher Omar, to inaugurate community projects during this month.
Director of the Sudan Mineral Resources Company office in the northern state, Abdul Rahman Mahjoub Al-Nadeef, said the governor was reassured about the progress of the company's work and its readiness to open a large number of social responsibility projects in the localities of Halfa, Dalgo, Dongola and Al-Daba, which exceed 22 health and education projects. Al-Nadhif stressed that the company is moving towards continuous performance development in terms of revenue, worker training and strengthening control in the distributed mining markets of the Karima Triangle.
He said the governor commended the operations that took place in the mining markets to support the Sudanese armed forces and the popular resistance.
